We invite you to take part in the Australian Property Market Outlook survey for Q4 2026, led by API Chief Economist Dr Sherman Chan.

Many API members have already seen Sherman incorporate insights generated from past surveys into a practical economic narrative that informs the national property debate on behalf of API members.

We are interested in hearing about different asset classes. This quarter, we also have a special focus on the housing market trajectory.

The survey takes about 3 minutes to complete.
