Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is the Australian Property Institute (API).
Eligibility
Entry is open to current Australian Property Institute Members aged 18 years or over who complete the designated API survey during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entry Period
The promotion commences at 12:00pm (AEST) on Friday 12 June 2026 and closes at 12:00pm (AEST) on Monday 6 July 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) ticket to an API State Conference held in 2026. Eligible State Conferences are those held in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania. Each prize is valued at up to $500 AUD. Total prize pool valued at up to $1,500 AUD.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, transfers, meals outside those included in the conference program, or any incidental expenses.
Prize Draw
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday 7 July 2026 and will be notified using the contact details provided in the survey.
General
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If a winner is unable to attend a State Conference, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw that prize.
