We invite you to participate in the Australian Property Market Outlook survey for Q3 2026, led by API Chief Economist Dr Sherman Chan.

The survey gathers insight from valuation professionals and property experts across Australia to help identify the key factors influencing property values in different regions and asset classes. The results help inform industry discussion and contribute to the broader policy conversation around property markets in Australia.
