Member feedback is important to us and something we take seriously. Members have shared their frustration and confusion with accessing and understanding their CPD Diary contained within the new Learning Management Platform – Absorb.

We understand that the system’s functionality has made it challenging for members to track their CPD requirements and achievements easily and acknowledge that our new CPD Diary requires further configuration to meet the expectations of our members.

To address this issue, we have been and are continuing to collaborate with our system developers to improve the CPD Diary capabilities and enhance the functionality.  The discussed improvements include:

  • A clear display of how many CPD points you have completed for the year.
  • A breakdown of the remaining CPD points required to achieve compliance.
  • The ability to easily download your CPD compliance certificate.

Whilst we are working through these technical improvements, and to provide immediate support, we have created a step-by-step video guide to assist you in navigating the current CPD Diary.

Whilst this video is intended to help in the short term, we recognise it is not a complete solution. We want to assure you that we are dedicated to resolving this issue, along with ensuring that members have access to their compliance certificates, as we know this is an important requirement to be delivered before 2025.
