Driving Regional Impact: Queensland Roadshow Delivers Risk Management & ESG Education

From April 7–11, 2025, our Queensland Regional Roadshow brought members together across five key regional centres — Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, and Bundaberg — for a powerful week of learning, discussion, and connections. We had a total 102 registrations for this roadshow across the 5 locations.
The focus of the roadshow was the Face to Face delivery of our Risk Management and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) modules. These sessions weren’t just about ticking a CPD box — they provided timely and practical insights designed to equip members with the tools and knowledge needed to meet the evolving demands of the profession.
We were especially pleased to welcome local economic development experts in Mackay and Rockhampton, who enriched the program with their expertise in regional planning, infrastructure investment, and local economic trends. Their insights added a dynamic layer to the conversation.
After each session, members took advantage of dedicated networking events — a chance to reconnect with peers, share experiences, and forge new professional relationships within their communities.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Members highlighted the value of face-to-face delivery, the interactive format and the opportunity to engage with peers on the ground.
Thank you to all who joined us.
