Your State, Your Voice, Your Committee

Our State Committees keep the API connected to what matters most in each region – ensuring members’ voices are heard, priorities are championed, and local issues are addressed.

Comprised of respected and passionate property professionals, these committees unite diverse expertise to advocate for members, tackle emerging challenges, and help shape the future of the profession while advancing the API’s strategic priorities.

This page is your place to get to know your committee, see what it’s working on, and celebrate its achievements. Serving on a committee is also a powerful way to contribute to the industry, strengthen our community, and develop your own leadership skills.

We value every member’s input. If there’s a topic or issue, you’d like your State Committee to consider, you can submit an agenda item directly through this page.
