Vale Greg Lamborn AAPI CPV
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Greg Lamborn AAPI CPV, Director of Herron Todd White Western Australia.
Greg graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) in 1997 and began his valuation career the following year. He joined Sullivan Valuation Services as a senior valuer in 2004, continued with Herron Todd White following the firms’ 2008 merger, and was appointed a Director in 2011.
Over more than 20 years with the firm, Greg built a reputation as an exemplary commercial valuer, working across office, industrial, retail and specialised assets. He was widely respected for his considered, balanced opinions and for his generosity as a mentor, guiding many valuers along the pathway to becoming Certified Practising Valuers.
His colleagues at Herron Todd White remember him as a great friend, valued colleague and loyal business partner, whose gentle and knowledgeable manner left a lasting mark on teams across Australia.
Greg is survived by his wife Leanne and their children Larissa and Lachlan. Our thoughts and sympathies are with his family, friends and colleagues.
