The API provides the following to reinforce the concepts, principles and requirements contained in Rule 11 of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

This article is intended to serve as a reminder for Valuers and to be a resource that they can use to educate their clients and the public on the necessary enquiries, investigations, procedures and processes undertaken by Valuers when providing valuation reports.
