Valuation Approaches and Methods
This Valuation Protocol has been prepared and released by the API as a resource for valuers and students when considering the appropriate application of valuation approaches and methods (methodologies or techniques).
Valuers are reminded that valuation reports should contain terminology that is consistent with International Valuation Standards and API standards documents and guidelines (such as this Valuation Protocol).
