What Constitutes a Valuation of Real Property by an API Valuer under the API Rules
There has been much discussion, both locally and internationally, over the past few years amongst valuers and valuation professional organisations as to what are the inspection requirements, for a Valuer, for the valuation of real property.
The API has considered this question from an Australian perspective and published the first article in the API Standards Series which discusses “what constitutes a valuation of real property by an API Valuer under the API Rules?”
