Correct use of PropertyPRO Reports
This Member Reminder was prepared and released to remind Valuers that the PropertyPRO Report format must not be used or modified for any other purpose than in accordance with the PropertyPRO Supporting Memorandum (PPSM).
The API is aware that that some Valuers have been requested to provide a PropertyPRO Report for non-approved purposes or are inappropriately and incorrectly using and/or modifying the PropertyPRO template report for non-approved purposes.
The PropertyPRO template report must not be changed or modified in any way that departs from the requirements of the PPSM.
