Jim has over 30 years’ experience in undertaking property valuation in Australia, and an additional 5 years’ experience in banking. Prior to becoming Managing Director of Opteon ACT, Jim has worked for other national valuation practices as Managing Director, Valuations Manager and Senior Valuer. The majority of Jim’s career was developed in the ACT. Jim specialises in residential, commercial and industrial valuations as well as providing consultancy advice.
