An API member since 1990 and CPV since 1996, Stephen has provided valuation advice across all property classes for statutory, insurance, acquisition, divestment, rental, and financial reporting purposes. He is currently a Senior Valuer with the ACT Valuation Office, delivering statutory valuations, lease variation assessments, and policy advice. Stephen is a strong supporter of the API’s role in professional development and advocacy. He has served on regional committees, represented the API before the ACT Legislative Assembly, and is contributing to the National Education Committee on government valuation accreditation.
