Despite all the talk about what’s shifting property valuations in Australia, no one has asked the people who actually know – YOU. You are the expert, and we want our property professional voices to be heard to agitate real change for the industry. 

Why Your Voice Matters 

This new quarterly survey, managed by our Chief Economist Dr Sherman Chan, seeks to quantify what’s driving property prices in your region and in the property classes you know best. 

Once compiled, we’ll share the findings with the government to drive policy change and also with the media to spark an informed debate about supply and demand factors. 

The survey covers valuation-specific questions that are targeted at our members, as well as a few topical questions for others working in the property sector to answer. All of these questions combine enable us to capture what’s happening right now.
