Residential Valuations

PropertyPRO – Short Form Valuations

To ensure ESG considerations are taking into account for the short form and long form reporting for residential valuations, this interim PPSM has been approved by the Board appointed Futures Innovation Group in relation to PropertyPRO (short form). Please see below the interim PPSM:

Long Form Valuation Reports

For residential long form valuation reports, we strongly recommend including an ESG Statement in the General Comments section of the valuation report.
