Under our constant review process, the API revises its standards to meet the changing and future needs of Members.
After receiving some comments and feedback in relation to AVGP 301 Rental Valuations and Advice and AVGP 304 Rent Determinations, published November and December 2022 respectively, the API have reviewed and made amendments to section 5.4.1 of AVGP 301 and section 402 of AVGP 304.
The amendments removed references to the API Rules of Professional Conduct to reduce the potential for confusion relating to the wording.
The Institute has republished both papers denoted with an updated publish date of 17 May 2023. The Guidance Paper effective date of 1 July 2023 remains unchanged.
