The API is systematically reviewing its standards to meet the changing and future needs of Members.
The API and PINZ were alerted to some minor errors in ANZPGP 201 Disclaimer Clauses and Qualification Statements.
The Institutes have reviewed the feedback and comments received and made minor changes to the paper. These changes do not impact the purpose and objectives of the paper and were made to improve the readability of the paper and provide clarity for the reader.
The Guidance Paper is for use by Members including Valuers in relation to third party disclaimers and qualification statements and their inclusion in reports or other professional advice to clients.
The Institutes are republishing the updated paper. The effective date of 1 July 2023 remains unchanged.
