Civic IPN is seeking a motivated Graduate or Cadet Property Valuer to join our Ballarat office and develop a rewarding long-term career in the property industry.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to learn from experienced valuers while gaining exposure to a diverse range of property types and valuation assignments throughout Ballarat and Western Victoria.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are already based in Ballarat or Western Victoria, or who have strong personal, family or professional ties to the region and are looking to establish their long-term career within the local community.

About the Opportunity

• As part of our team, you will work alongside experienced Certified Practising Valuers and receive hands-on mentoring and training across a broad range of valuation disciplines. You will gain exposure to:
• Residential property valuations
• Commercial and industrial property valuations
• Rural and lifestyle property valuations
• Retail and specialised property assets
• Mortgage security valuations
• Family law, deceased estate and advisory valuations
• Property market research and analysis
• Client relationship management and professional report writing

This role provides a genuine pathway towards professional qualification and long-term career progression within the valuation profession.

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who are:

• In the final year of an API-accredited property degree; or
• Recent graduates of an API-accredited valuation or property degree.
