The below courses are accredited by the API, however they are no longer offered by the university. All students enrolled in a course that is being taught out will receive the agreed benefits from the endorsement period.

Central Queensland University

  • Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Property Economics (CPP, CPV)

Period of Accreditation: 15th August 2014 – 31st December 2019 

The following Conditions of API Accreditation apply: 

  1. Entry into undergraduate program is in accordance with the API’s Accreditation Policy (2013).
  2. The Bachelor of Property Development and Economics is endorsed for Associate Membership with Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) certification and Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) certification.
  3. The Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Property Development and Economics is endorsed for Associate Membership with Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) certification and Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) certification.
  4. The API can withdraw accreditation of the program at any time if the program fails to meet Institute Standards and requirements, and the University of the Sunshine Coast is required to update the Institute of any changes to the endorsed programs.
University of Melbourne

Course title:

  • Bachelor of Environments (Property Major) (CPP)
University of Newcastle

Course title:

  • Master of Property (CPP)

Period of Accreditation: 17th October 2014 – 31st December 2019

  1. Entry into post-graduate program is in accordance with the API’s Accreditation Policy (2013).
  2. The Master of Property is endorsed for Associate Membership with Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) certification.
  3. The API can withdraw accreditation of the program at any time if the program fails to meet Institute Standards and requirements, and the University of Newcastle is required to update the Institute of any changes to the endorsed programs.
