CPV Property Valuer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CPV qualified valuer. The role is Melbourne-metro based and involves residential, commercial and industrial properties.

The position would suit candidates that have CPV status with experience in valuing residential, commercial and industrial properties particularly in metropolitan Melbourne. A division in the firm provides valuation services to both local and state government, and exposure to rating valuations would be highly desirable.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working autonomously, a thorough understanding of valuation methodologies and principles, is highly competent with information systems/technology and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders.

We will only consider applicants who are Australian or New Zealand citizens/permanent residents.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle.
