Josh Singh is a final-year Bachelor of Property Economics student at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is currently undertaking an internship with Knight Frank through the Student Internship Program. Professor John Sheehan AM is one of Australia’s most respected authorities in land economy, land use planning and environmental law. John has held numerous senior professional appointments, including a five-year term on the Queensland Land Tribunal, two terms as an Acting Commissioner of the NSW Land and Environment Court, and service as independent Chair of the national Water Property Titles Program.

Stephen is a strong supporter of the API’s role in professional development and advocacy.
