Senior Property Valuer

The Role

This role will suit an experienced valuer with the expertise, confidence, and willingness to undertake valuations across a diverse range of asset type, sector, purpose, and location. Working within a team of highly experienced valuers, you will be well supported to work across valuation practice silos.

• Agribusiness
• Aged care, Health and Retirement
• Education & Faith
• Government/Infrastructure
• Manufacturing
• Mining & Resources
• Sport and Recreation

With a focus on valuations for financial reporting, taxation, and insurance purposes, you will play a key role in servicing our clients in the corporate, education, and government sectors.

Experience in valuing specialist and going concern assets, such as aged care, childcare, pubs, service stations, etc. is highly desirable but not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete valuation assignments as part of a team and individually as required.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Undertake quality assurance of quotes and reports.
• Work with the Directors to develop and implement business plans.
• Mentor junior staff under your supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

• CPV accreditation and membership of the API or RICS equivalent.
• Minimum four years of experience in property valuations.
• Experience in valuing specialist and going concern assets desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
