As a Valuer with the Department, you will deliver an individual valuation commitment within the SVS team, which contributes to the provision of statutory land valuations for rateable properties in Queensland. This is done in accordance with the Land Valuations Act 2010 (LVA). As a Valuer you will support the functions of the Valuer-General in accordance with the LVA.
