Due to success and growth, we have multiple opportunities for additional staff and are currently looking for grad, beginner, intermediate and advanced Valuers in various locations across Sydney, in this particular case the Central Coast.

Due to success and growth, we have multiple opportunities for additional staff and are currently looking for grad, beginner, intermediate and advanced Valuers in various locations across Sydney, in this particular case the Central Coast.
What this job involves:
Forming a crucial part of our valuations team, you’ll conduct end-to-end valuation preparation, research, inspections, reporting and liaising with clients. With dedicated market-leading administrative support, you’ll spend your time working and completing valuations and not chasing paperwork and booking runs, allowing you to gain greater experience in valuations.
All levels are encouraged to apply, however, here’s a snapshot of the role:
- Liaises with the Manager, Valuer Service Centre to coordinate efficient planning and workflow and compliance with turnaround expectations.
- Conduct valuation preparation, research, inspection and reporting in line with JLL’s Valuation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant KPIs.
- Contribute to building and improving client relationships through ongoing communication on valuation and other professional issues.
- Provide guidance, support and feedback to Assistant Valuers or other Valuers when required to assist them in completing their work.
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
- Graduates must be nearly graduated or completed University qualifications, with a Property Economics degree, and some Property industry experience is desirable.
- For more experienced Valuers, you must hold either current Associate Membership (AAPI) with CPV status or Residential Property Valuer (PMAPI RPV), of the Australian Property Institute, current Certificate of Compliance, current Risk Management Module Certificate, and possess an open driver’s license. Through your prior roles, you would have gained the technical skills in the understanding of residential valuations.
