The opportunity
We have multiple permanent and fixed-term full-time opportunities available for Senior Project Officer – Valuation & Acquisition to join various business units within the Commercial, Performance and Strategy branch of Infrastructure & Place division based at our offices in Parramatta as well as across Regional NSW locations. You will be responsible for property valuations and coordination of the acquisition of land.
About you
You will be responsible for managing and undertaking valuations and negotiations for the acquisition of property in line with the identified business needs and requirements of Transport for NSW projects and programs. You will possess exceptional people skills, work in a diplomatic manner with highly developed written and verbal communication skills. You will require good technical competencies and must meet the ‘essential requirements’ as contained within the ‘role description’.
You will be flexible and prepared to travel as required across the region and state. The role is fast-paced with multiple conflicting priorities requiring incumbents who have excellent prioritization and organisation skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 8A ($118,015) – 8E ($132,176) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
