Assistant Property Manager

Based in Brookvale, an exciting opportunity exists in a newly created role supporting the Property Management team across a diverse portfolio of assets ranging from the Mid North Coast, throughout Sydney and down through the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

The Role

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service to the tenants across our growing portfolio, which includes mostly Industrial assets and some residential assets.

You will be focused on:

• Overseeing consultants and contractors with regard to maintenance, repairs and
  cleaning.
• Prepare monthly invoices and maintain the property management computer
  systems.
• Ensure knowledge of and adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and
  professional standards that affect the property portfolio.
• Liaise and manage relationships with existing tenants to ensure they are up to date
  with matters affecting their premises or lease.
• As well as the exposure to the acquisitions transaction processes for portfolio growth.

As a highly valued member of the team, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure first-class management of the property investment portfolio.
