The PropertyPRO Residential Valuation and Security Assessment Pro-forma Standing Instructions was originally created and released by the API in September 1998. Over time there have been revisions and updates to the Supporting Memorandum as a result of changes in the residential mortgage valuation and lending industry in Australia.
The list below gives access to previous versions of the PropertyPRO Supporting Memorandum. The year quoted corresponds to the edition of the API Professional Practice between 1999 and 2002, the API & NZPI Professional Practice published 2004, the API & PINZ Professional Practice 2006 or the Australian and New Zealand Valuation and Property Standards from 2008:
