Overview
I am an experienced agribusiness professional with qualifications and extensive experience as a property valuer with over 25 years experience of valuing agribusiness assets, conducting detailed due diligence on both the buy and sell side. My experience spans Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. My qualifications include being a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Post Graduate Degree in Agricultural Economics (Post Grad Dip Ag Ec).
As an Agribusiness Valuer and Strategic Advisor I am a expert specialising in broadacre irrigation, farming, cotton ginning and livestock enterprises. My experience includes agribusiness advisory and valuation of some of the largest portfolios across pastoral industry, irrigation (cotton and permanent plantings) and feedlots across Australia. I regularly assist clients to conduct due diligence, to market and negotiate acquisitions and disposals, assess feasibility of projects and analyse options for land use change, productivity gains and increased value and cash return potential.
I have worked with consultative groups to define property rights in water and carbon. I regularly make presentations to professional bodies, government organisations and corporate investors to help increase the understanding of the issues associated with water and carbon property rights and rural property markets in general.
My goal is to help develop a more informed agricultural investment environment.
