My name is Sam Bennett, I’m a 33 year old University student studying Bachelor of Property at CQU. I’m currently 9 months into my studies and also have been working for around 12 months with a Property Valuer. I’m really enjoying the industry and always looking at learning new skills and knowledge everyday.

I’m located on the Gold Coast, where along with rest of South-East Queensland Property market has significantly increased over the last couple of years since the Covid 19 pandemic.
