Professional Experience
Commenced his professional career with the City of Croydon and later was promoted to City Valuer. He then joined Edward Rushton’s and was engaged in Australia wide valuation assignments of Commercial/Industrial/ Specialised assets along with their team of Plant & Equipment valuers. Established the valuation and Real Estate Division of Mason Green, North Melbourne (specialist plant & equipment auctions/valuers) and later joined Arthur Anderson & Co in their Melbourne Office again to establish an Australia wide Valuations & Appraisals Division to complement their Tax/Audit and Consulting business. This incorporated Property/Plant & Equipment and Quantity Surveying Australia wide and involved world-wide client portfolio valuations.
Having later set up his own valuation practice he then spent a number of years working throughout wider Asia and was involved in various property developments before returning to Australia and joined the Commercial Team at WBP Property Group and CBRE Melbourne as a Senior Valuer for the purpose of establishing their Family Law and Litigation team with over 36 years’ experience in the industry.
Now, as Principal at Aon and engaged in Australia-wide valuations and advisory services including engagements abroad recently for the World Bank and Government of Nepal in establishing a Valuation Framework.
