Nick is the director of N.J Lane Property Advisory and has been a property professional for 29 years with extensive experience in the disciplines of property advisory, sales, leasing negotiation, valuation, portfolio transactions, buyer & tenant representation, property development, conveyancing, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, strategy formulation and risk identification.
Throughout Nick’s career, he’s developed high level communication and negotiation skills which serve him well within a team environment and as an individual, providing a solid basis to service existing clients and build upon new client relationships. Nick boasts an impressive career in property transactions, having handled major sales and leasing appointments of behalf of Government Agencies, Major Corporations, together with Banks and Receivers.
Nick has also provided high level, strategic property advice to a range of clients in the Mining, Infrastructure & Natural Resources sectors, together with Government Agencies, Corporations and Boards.
