Overview
I have over 21 years of valuation experience in Papua New Guinea both in the private and public sectors.
I had held senior positions in the likes of Assistant Valuer General, Regional Valuation Co-ordination and Acting Valuer General, Office of the Valuer General, Papua New Guinea.
I had the exposure and experience in all types of valuation for different types of properties for different purposes.
2M Valuers & Property Consultants commenced operation in mid-August 2024 after getting registered with Investment Promotion Authority (IPA) of Papua New Guinea and Tax registered with Internal Revenue Commission (IRC) Papua New Guinea.
The company is only four (4) and a half (1/2) months old and with it there are three (3) personnel. (1) Moses Kila, Director/Principal Valuer is responsible for management and co-ordination of business activities and training & de development of Graduate Valuers. A graduate of Bachelor of Land Studies, Papua New Guinea University of Technology and a Registered Valuer, AMPNGIVLA (PNG), MAPI (Aust), Council Member (PNGIVLA).
(2) Clinton Itau, Graduate Valuer/Research Officer responsible for valuations and other real estate related duties and research for our database and our monthly/quarterly publications on issues in real estate/valuation/properties. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Property Studies with Merit and winner of the Papua New Guinea University of Technology Council Medal, 2024.
(3) Lairdon Mongea, Graduate Valuer/Business Development Officer is responsible for valuations and other real estate related duties and the growth and development activities for and on behalf of the business.
Our business activities are centered around mainly, valuation but we also extend out to include real estate/property development/investment analysis, real estate/property research, tenant placements, social mapping and landowner identification study and land information search.
