Valuing since 1987. Worked for the State Bank of NSW for 9 years working in mixed farming and grazing areas of the South West slopes of NSW as well as the South Coast of NSW from Wollongong to Eden. In 1995 he joined private practice moving back to the North Coast of NSW.
Extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate from residential to industrial and commercial including hotels, motels and caravan parks.
Meets the requirements of a Specialist Retail Valuer under the Retail Leases Act for Rental Determinations under the Retail Leases Act.
Values various business / going concerns including management rights, child care centres, newsagencies, liquor stores, milk runs, bus runs and real estate agents rental rolls.
In 2018 Martin was an integral part of the NSW North Coast Commercial Team that was awarded the API Excellence in Property Awards Valuation Team of the Year.
