Overview
Mark Greenhalgh is a veteran of the property industry based in Sydney with over 37 years valuation experience in the public and private sectors. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, registered valuer in Queensland and a licenced land valuer in Western Australia.
Mark’s valuation expertise is;
Valuations of land, buildings and infrastructure on behalf of various NSW Government Agencies for financial reporting purposes.
Specialised valuations of properties such as educational establishments, places of worship and telecommunication sites.
Conducting negotiations following valuations for sale, purchase, lease and acquisition.
Thorough knowledge of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 applicable to valuations assessing compensation for real estate in NSW acquired for public purposes.
Specialist retail valuer for shop premises in the Sydney CBD and established strip shopping centres in the metropolitan area under the Retail Leases Act 1994.
Mark serves on the Australian Property Institute (API) as an Examiner for applicants seeking to become an Associate or Certified Practising Valuer. He is also an active member of the Public Sector Conference Organising Committee for the API.
