John Kendall
Overview
John was a valuation director of large international firms such as CBRE & Colliers International prior to establishing his own independent practice in 2011, where he could combine corporate experience with service at a personal level. He is a specialist retail valuer under the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994, receiving regular appointments from the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and other parties to act in rental disputes. John is happy to embrace difficult tasks requiring specialised skills he has developed over decades, accumulating valuation knowledge over a wide geographical area, including most states of Australia, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. He is willing to service clients over a wide spectrum of tasks, ranging from conventional work on a grass roots basis, to acting as a specialist expert in a courtroom setting.
