Overview
Over the last 20 years I’ve worked in almost all aspects of the property industry related to property devlopment in a variety of area’s covering the east coast from QLD to VIC. I commenced my career in sales and marketing before moving into project marketing and ultimately development site identification and acquisition. This lead to a solid work history undertaking feasibility assessments on infill and greenfield development sites and then coordinating the delivery of these projects.
In 2017 I started Turning Point Property & Projects as a boutique development consultancy covering both town planning and project management. This enables us to be involved with clients from commencement of a project through to delivery and disposal.
Our primary focus is residential infill and greenfield developments for clients of varying levels of knowledge, we also undertake commercial and industrial projects when required.
