Jan Hancock has been providing valuation services to the property industry for over 40 years, being both a Certified Practising Valuer and a Licensed Estate Agent with valuable experience in most facets of real estate.
Jan’s valuation practice covers most of metropolitan Melbourne and has particular expertise in Melbourne’s Green Wedge municipalities and has served as a Sessional member of the Land Valuation List of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and over the past decade has gained extensive knowledge in statutory planning.
Jan provides a broad range of valuation advice for a range of property types: family law and estate matters, taxation and superannuation reporting, retrospective valuations, insurance estimates, property transfers and rental advice and determinations. Jan does not provide valuations for mortgage purposes.
