James began his Valuation career more than 20 years ago. He joined RHAS in 2004 which later became part of Aon Valuation Services in 2014 when RHAS was acquired. He is a specialist in Plant and Equipment assets and relishes the challenge of creating bespoke valuation solutions in complex situations and scenarios.
He has extensive experience across a broad range of industries but specialises in Educational and Government institutions, having managed valuation projects for the likes of Arts South Australia, Australian National Maritime Museum, National Museum of Australia, Bureau of Meteorology, University of Canberra and KenGen. James is an expert with regards to Cultural and Heritage assets and the provision of valuations under accounting standards guidelines.
Outside of this he has worked with customers in Healthcare; Engineering; Manufacturing; Infrastructure; Hospitality and Leisure; Property and Retail; Technology and Communications. This has included projects covering taxation, financial reporting and insurance. James also provides expert witness valuations in areas such as family law and regularly speaks on the subject.
