Dan Burfein
Overview
Daniel Burfein was a real estate agent servicing the Brisbane Bayside region for 16 years. Over his time as an agent, Daniel has completed hundreds of residential property sales and won two awards. Daniel has worked across most of the major franchises which has developed his skills as an agent and in particular online marketing.
After many successful years as a real estate agent, Daniel has decided that a change of career is necessary in order to progress further within the property industry and his keen interests in property and property values has lead him to follow his goal of becoming a property valuer. Daniel stopped selling houses in 2019 and started his Graduate Diploma in Property at Deakin University.
Deciding to take time away from full-time work to focus on obtaining the best marks possible at university has been a very tough but rewarding experience. Daniel has been achieving High Distinctions/Distinctions (80% or better) in his studies and has completed his Graduate Diploma in late 2020.
Daniel is now a Certified Practising valuer working at Armstrong Biggs Fallon
