Cameron Hurman

Overview
Undertake government property valuation projects, in particular the provision of Financial Reporting Valuations for key Queensland Government Departments as well as arranging property valuations for acquisitions and disposals across Government.
I arrange the delivery of Government property and asset management work on a state-wide basis, ensuring resource allocation to allow for timely completion and the meeting of strict deadlines to comply with standards.
I negotiate new government client and asset valuation projects with Departments and Agencies, prepare detailed quotations and establish project plans for the accurate completion of work within budget and timeframes.
We monitor legislative changes and provide input into Government policy, Treasury Guidelines and Accounting Standards and prepare, implement and monitor asset management and valuation policies, strategies, plans and activities to comply with the requirements.
We foster relationships with clients, departmental staff, government agencies and the private sector in order to ensure that agencies receive a consistently high standard of service.
