I specialise in the valuation of commercial assets in the Sydney CBD and Sydney City Fringe for first mortgage security, financial reporting, accounting, acquisition/disposal, insurance replacement cost estimates and rent review/rental advice. I value office buildings, office developments, strata office and strata retail, on both freehold and leasehold bases. I have been a member of the API since 2004 when I commenced studying for a Bachelor of Business (Property), and have been a AAPI/CPV since 2009.
