Each year the API undertakes a random audit of member’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements to meet API membership obligations.  

CPD comprises of learning activities that enhance professional knowledge and skills to remain current and contemporary, focused on workplace capabilities and technical competence. This continuing improvement of skills and knowledge sets API Members apart from general property professionals, which has earnt API Members a leading reputation.  

This year, the API is commencing the annual random audit on Monday, 4 July 2022. In this process we may reach out via email if you are selected as an auditee. Please keep a check of your email inbox or junk mail across the next few days.
