Supporting Members with better and more frequent Risk Management education

Recognising risk is dynamic, the API Ltd Board has approved a move to annual risk management education from 2021. This means Members will have more frequent updates on risk in the professional services environment (with reference to valuations) and access to experts providing insights and case studies.
Members currently pay $225 every three years for 3 CPD points and our commitment to you is to offer 2 CPD points each year at $75. In addition, the API has undertaken a significant review of the Introduction to Risk Management module to ensure all member have a broader understanding of business risk identification, ranking and treatment. The new “Fundamentals of Risk Management” module will include risk management tools. To ease the transition, this 2+ hours module will be offered free to every 2020 API member in 2021. In addition, any member who undertook the RMM in 2020 will be offered the annual RMM module free in 2021, as we transition to the annual requirement.
If Members have any queries on the transition please contact us at education@api.org.au.
