Notification of new NSW State Chair

After 8 Years on the NSW State Committee including 2 years as Vice Chair and 4 years as Chair, I will be stepping down, as State Chair at the end of this month. I will remain on the State Committee until elections later in the year. I am very pleased that Darren Austin has been elected as the new State Chair and Colin Pugsley as the Vice-Chair.
Darren is a well networked and experienced Company Director based in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Region with over 20 years in Real Estate Sales and Valuation. He has developed a quality reputation for service, demonstrating sound judgement and excellent client liaison and rapport. His professionalism has been demonstrated through his involvement as Panel judge for the Shoalhaven Building Design Awards and as current Chairman of the Network Property Advisory Group, Professional Indemnity Insurance sub-committee and NSW State committee member for the Australian Property Institute (API).
He will be well supported by Colin Pugsley who is Director at Preston Rowe Paterson Newcastle & Central Coast, and Fellow Member of the Australian Property Institute (API), Current Elected NSW API Divisional Councillor since 2014, and Current Group Chairman of the Central Coast API Study Group since 2010.
In these challenging times, I think the NSW State Committee will be in good hands, under the direction of Darren and Colin, and I wish them well.
Kind Regards,
Ian Muir
NSW State Chair
