Member Alert: Western Australia Lockdown

The Western Australian Government has announced that Perth metropolitan area, Peel and South West regions will go into lockdown for five days – from 6pm, Sunday 31 January, until 6pm Friday 5 February.
Details of the lockdown can be found here.
You will note that the Western Australian Government will allow you to leave home for work if you are not able to work from home or remotely.
For Members who will need to leave home to conduct inspections, please note that the Western Australian Government will require you to wear a mask at all times outside your home.
It is also important to familiarise yourself with API COVID-19 protocols available at our COVID-19 Hub.
If you have any symptoms at all, get tested immediately and quarantine at home until you receive a negative result.
The API is continuing to liaise with the Western Australian Government to ensure we can communicate with you on any changes that may affect your work. Stay safe.
Kind regards,
Amelia Hodge
