The ‘new’ PropertyPRO Supporting Memorandum (PPSM) and associated output reports will ‘go live’ on Sunday 10 May 2020. The API would like to thank all for their patience in the rollout of the PPSM over the past few years.
PropertyPRO Logo and API Logo Image Files
For members, their corporate employers, third party panel managers and any other party that produces PropertyPRO Reports, to obtain a copy of the image files for the new PropertyPRO logo and the API logo, you will need to:
- Fill in your details in the Trade Mark Licence Agreement
- Return a signed copy to the API at email@example.com
We will then arrange for the logos and header documents for the PropertyPRO Residential Valuation and Security Assessments Pro-Forma Reports and the PropertyPRO Progress Inspection Reports to be made available to you.
Trade Mark Licence Agreement
Please note, the permitted use of both logos is:
- the use of the trade marks in the course of the licensee’s business but only in Australia; and
- in connection with the production and delivery of PropertyPRO Reports completed in accordance, and compliant with, the PPSM.

The API is in the process of registering the PropertyPRO logo with IP Australia.
