The IVSC has recently published its 2024 Agenda Consultation.  This consultation aims to “shape the future of the international Valuation Standards (IVS)” and “invites stakeholders to provide their input on key valuation topics that are crucial for the ongoing development (of) IVS.”

The consultation highlights several key themes for consideration:

  1. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
  2. Technology in Valuation
  3. Valuation Risk

The consultation period is open for 90 days and ends on 9 October 2024.

If any API Members have any feedback or comments in relation to the Agenda Consultation, they are encouraged to complete the IVSC online feedback form, available at the link below, or alternatively provide feedback on the paper to the API standards team by COB Friday 6 September 2024.  The standards team will collate the feedback and, in consultation with the API standards committee, provide feedback to the IVSC on behalf of Members.
