Due to the electronic nature of this meeting, the voting for the three motions will occur via online poll (rather than show of hands). This complies with ASIC’s guidelines on virtual AGMs at this time.
You will be prompted to vote during the meeting and the questions will pop up on your screen. You can select your answer and submit your response. Voting is confidential and will not be displayed to other attendees.
Please note only eligible members can vote. Eligible members include Life Fellows, Fellows and Associates.
We encourage members to ask questions during the AGM. If you have a question during the meeting, click the “Ask a Question” button, type in your name and question and click submit. Your question will be sent through to the moderator.
Alternatively, you can send any questions you may have in advance electronically to [email protected] up until the commencement of the AGM at 4:15pm on Wednesday.
