The API is systematically reviewing its standards to meet the changing and future needs of Members. 

The API have reviewed the feedback and comments received during the consultation period and finalised the updated guidance paper.  

The purpose of this Guidance Paper is to provide information, commentary and guidance to Members who are involved in a market rent review process either as an advocate, expert Valuer, determining Valuer or Arbitrator.
