The API is systematically reviewing its standards to meet the changing and future needs of Members. 

The API and our PINZ colleagues in New Zealand have reviewed the feedback and comments received during the consultation period and finalised the updated guidance paper. 

The Guidance Paper is for use by Members including Valuers in relation to third party disclaimers and qualification statements and their inclusion in reports or other professional advice to clients.
